Thanks for using our products and services. The Services are provided by Youngminds
Technology solutions Private Limited ("YMTS"), located at 1-5-558, 1st Floor, 2nd St, Tirupati,
Andhra Pradesh 517502.

When using our Services, you may be required to create an account with us. You agree that you are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords or other account identifiers which
you choose and all activities under your account.

you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to
the Services;
you will not create registration accounts for the purpose of abusing our Services (or our support
community), or other users, nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.

or account identifiers by others.

The Software is Licensed, Not Sold. A software license is a legal instrument governing the use of
software to Users who intend to use Our Services.
Petrosoft is Proprietary Software, also known as "closed-source software", is a non-free computer
software for which the software's publisher (Youngminds Technology solutions Pvt Ltd) retains
intellectual property rights. We only provide restricted License for our software.
Petrosoft grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive limited license to access the Our Services
for your own personal, noncommercial use.
Software users have rights to preform, rights to access, and rights to display. Software users do
not have rights to copy, modify, distribute and sub-license of software.
When You register to use Petrosoft Services, we will provide you License Key, and then User can
deploy Database on Our cloud server using provided License key. Once database deployed, User
requires to set username and password (the "Login Credentials") to access the database or access
the account. The Login Credentials are the means through which you access Our Services through
official login portal. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard the Login
Credentials you select from any unauthorized use. IN NO EVENT WILL PETROSOFT BE LIABLE FOR
THE UNAUTHORISED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times, including personal
information and Business information. This information can be updated in your account control
panel.

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to
understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information.

including in an End User License Agreement with a User.

No portion of the Services or the Content may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use. We reserve our right to modify, suspend or discontinue
the Services (or any part of the Content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you if you do
not respect the obligations of this Section, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party if
we exercise these rights.
The software Petrosoft (SaaS offered by Petrosoft) is not open source or freeware. The software
is protected by the copyright laws. You do not have any rights to distribute the software or any
parts of it. The features and functionality of software are also protected by the India copyright act,
1957.
7. Application of consumer law
Our Services are intended for use by businesses and organizations, and not for consumer
purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby acknowledge and agree that
consumer laws do not apply. If, however any consumer laws do apply and cannot otherwise be
lawfully excluded, nothing in these Terms of Use will restrict, exclude or modify any statutory
warranties, guarantees, rights or remedies you have, and our liability is limited (at our option) to
the replacement, repair or resupply of the Services.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your order until it hasn’t been confirmed. If your order is confirmed from our end,
you won’t be able to cancel it.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Failure to use the Product(s) does not constitute a basis for
refusing to pay any of the associated charges.
9. Disclaimer of consequential damages
In no event shall Company or any parties, organisations or entities associated with the corporate
brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to
computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or
inability to use the Website, the Website material and Software Services, whether based on
warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organisation or entities
were advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Term and Termination
Subject to this Section, these Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the software
product. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the software at any time for any reason
at our sole discretion, including for any use of the software in violation of these Terms. Upon
termination of your rights under these Terms, your Account and right to access and use the
Software will terminate immediately. You understand that any termination of your Account may
involve deletion of your User Content associated with your Account from our live databases.
Company will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of your rights under these
Terms. Even after your rights under these Terms are terminated.
11. Change to the Terms of Use
Please note that we may change the Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion, and we
reserve the right to do it without your explicit consent.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use are governed by the law of India, and the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
